Professor Ammori is the Director of the Internationally Accredited Bariatric Centre of Excellence at Spire Hospital, Manchester. Professor Ammori has a special interest in advanced laparoscopic (keyhole) surgery, bariatric surgery (obesity surgery), and surgery of the gallbladder, bile duct, liver and pancreas.
